Acry-Tech-04 has been formulated specifically as a rapid
dry traffic marking paint. Acry-Tech-04 comes in two
colors: “Rich Gold” and “Bright White”, both exhibiting excellent durability and hide characteristics. Acry-Tech-04 is a “no track” formulation: very fast dry—less than 5 minutes @ 68°F.
Stirring in pigment is time consuming and costly. The “settling out” of pigment has always been a problem for stripers. Acry-Tech-04 has been manufactured to limit the settling of pigment to a minimum, if at all, over 6 months to one year. This is accomplished by using new technology, better pigment dispersion, and controlling viscosity. All paint made by Centri Coatings & Systems is held to this high standard.

Application:
Acry-Tech-04 Traffic Marking Paint can be rolled, brushed, or sprayed, using conventional equipment. It is recommended to be used as supplied. If thinning is necessary, use Toluene.
Coverage varies with applicator, mils applied, and porosity of the surface; however, 500 – 600 lineal feet, four inches wide, at 12 mils thick is typical.
Clean up is generally done with Toluene, but other solvent blends, such as lacquer thinner, can be used. When using flammable solvents as thinner or cleanup, use the utmost care to prevent contact with a fire source. No smoking or open flames. Always use safety equipment such as eye goggles, gloves, and respirator.
Cautions:
Flammable! Contains Ketones and Petroleum Distillates! Keep away from heat and open flame and use only with adequate ventilation. Avoid any prolonged breathing of vapor of spray mist and prolonged or repeated contact with skin. IN CONFINED AREAS: Workers should wear fresh airline respirators to avoid breathing concentrated vapors. Adequate fresh air must be circulated during application. Hypersensitive persons should wear gloves or use protective cream. Workers should be required to use non-ferrous tools and wear conductive and non-sparking shoes in areas where explosion hazards exist. All lights and electrical equipment should be explosion-proof. Keep container upright to prevent leakage, and keep closed when not in use. In case of spillage, collect and dispose of in accordance with local applicable regulations. In the event welding or flame cutting is performed on empty containers of this product, do so in accordance with instructions in USA Standard Z49.1 “Safety in Welding & Cutting”.
FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, flush with plenty of water. For eyes, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. If affected by inhalation of vapor, remove to fresh air. MSDS is available.
